Materials and Making

As wood is a natural material the colour and grain may vary slightly from the colour and grain in the images on my website shop. My products are handmade and therefore may differ a little bit in size, weight and form.

How to Pay

You can pay via Paypal, credit card or post me a check including the delivery cost to Jane Crisp, 32 Hale Fen, Littleport, Ely, CAMBS, CB6 1EJ.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order please email me at jane@janecrisp.com with the details and I will refund you the amount paid. This does not apply to bespoke orders.

Delivery

Delivery to the U.K will be within 7 working days of ordering. If you need the order sooner please email me, I can sometimes send the same day.

Exchange and Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase I will be happy to refund or exchange for you. My work posts really well so all you need to do is repack the piece and send it back to Jane Crisp, 32 Hale Fen, Littleport, Ely, CAMBS, CB6 1EJ. Please note refund and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery to you.   

Finishing & Aftercare

I finish my work with two coats of a completely natural hard wax oil. I use Osmo Natural because it’s hardwearing, food safe and leaves wood looking and feeling like wood.

To clean your trug or piece of furniture use a soft clean paintbrush and flick the dust and dirt into the nozzle of a hoover. The finish is not waterproof but can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and polish can be used on my furniture. My bangles should never be submerged in water.
